Richmond Hill has several opportunities for individuals, couples, and even families to join us in residential life and our ministry of healing. As of April 30, 2025, we have the following open positions for those interested in joining our community on staff.

Individual Ministries Coordinator. The person in this residential role is responsible for the ministry provided to individuals who seek healing, growth, or direction here. Such requests are responded to through the spiritual direction, healing prayer, pastoral care and counseling, or retreat ministries. This position is also responsible for managing the sojourn ministry for individuals seeking 1-3 months’ residency at Richmond Hill.
Director of Outreach and Spiritual Formation. The person in this new role will be responsible for engaging churches, faith based community organizations, and community members to both support and utilize the ministry of Richmond Hill. This role is also responsible for planning and implementing worship gatherings and other spiritually enriching programming at Richmond Hill and inviting the public to participate.
Volunteer Coordinator. This new role is responsible for recruitment, screening, training, placement, and ongoing support of volunteers at Richmond Hill. The person in this role will recruit individuals and groups for both ongoing and special projects; develops and implements comprehensive training programs; and places volunteers in projects that fit their skills, gifts, and talents. Residency preferred, but is flexible.
Communications Specialist. This revised role is responsible for building and maintaining effective communication channels for Richmond Hill. The Communications Specialist develops and implements marketing and messaging initiatives, manages and creates content for Richmond Hill’s website and social media platforms, and oversees media relations under the direction of the Pastoral Director.Â
Facilities Assistant. The person in this revised residential role will assist the Facilities Pastor with the maintenance and upkeep of Richmond Hill’s campus and will serve as a first point of contact for building emergencies and also for coordinating with all residents regarding the same. The person serving in this role should have a basic understanding of routine repairs and fixes, be open to learning, and responding to unscheduled occurrences.
Chef/Dining Coordinator. The person in this role will serve as the lead for all food services and ensure that nutritious and delicious meals are properly prepared and served to up to 100 guests. This role is a key component of Richmond Hill’s Hospitality Ministry. The Dining Coordinator plans meals for Richmond Hill’s community gatherings, shops for ingredients, prepares meals in accordance with ServSafe standards, and is ServSafe Certified.
