The Journey Inward: An Advent Labyrinth Retreat

Give yourself the gift of reflective, contemplative time this holiday season. As we await the coming of the Christ child, you are invited into a retreat on using the labyrinth as a tool for journaling and reflection. The labyrinth is an ancient design of a single, circular path that can be used as a tool for reflection, discernment, and communion with God. During our time together, we’ll learn more about labyrinths and ways to use them. We’ll use finger labyrinths, bundle up and walk the outdoor labyrinth in our garden, and spend time journaling and reflecting on the past year and center ourselves for the year to come.
