Richmond Hill has several opportunities for individuals, couples, and even families to join us in residential life and our ministry of healing. As of January 15, we have the following open positions for those interested in joining our community on staff.

  • Individual Ministries + Office Coordinator* – The person in this residential role demonstrates a Christian faith steeped in spiritual development practices and exhibits a heart for helping individuals pursue healing, growth, development, or direction. Appropriate responses at Richmond Hill include spiritual direction, healing prayer, pastoral counseling, retreat ministries, participation in one of Richmond Hill’s schools, or referral to outside resources. We are also looking for musicians and song leaders to help lead our weekly Tuesday evening worship services.
