Come celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Sisters of the Visitation

This summer Richmond Hill honors the Sisters of the Visitation and their arrival here in August, 1866 — 150 years ago. Our time of celebration will be synchronized with our regular daily prayer cycle over three days.

Friday, August 19, 7:00 a.m.  Morning Prayer, breakfast, reflections and a tour.

Saturday August 20, 12:00 p.m.  Noon Prayer, music and lunch in the Garden, storytelling and a tour.

Sunday August 21, 5:00 p.m. Historical presentation, Evening Prayer, and Community stories, followed by a reception.

Come, worship, celebrate, and join us as we give thanks for the courage, sacrifice and blessing of the Sisters of the Visitation, as well as the prayerful work and the lovely sacred space of Richmond Hill today.
