Interested in Volunteering?

Richmond Hill is always happy when folks show interest in volunteering. Would you like to help out in the garden or preparing the space for retreat groups? Or perhaps the library or front desk? We are looking for both weekly and occasional volunteers.

Fill out the form below to let us know of your interest and we’ll register you as a Richmond Hill volunteer and let the right people know of your interest. You are also welcome to check out our calendar of upcoming specific needs and sign up to help.

Whether it is once a week or once in a blue moon, we are grateful for the gifts of your time and knowledge.

You may also wish to explore our Ora Et Labora retreats, overnight retreats where you serve as a volunteer co-host alongside a resident in offering hospitality for our retreat groups.

Volunteer Record

If you have already registered as a volunteer with Richmond Hill, you can request a link to your volunteer account. This will show you the hours we have recorded for you (likely quite incomplete!), as well as any upcoming shifts you have signed up for. You may also cancel an upcoming shift and update your “skills” and general availability. We are still experimenting with this, so feedback is welcomed.
