A Pathway to Awareness through Nonviolence

Updated onFebruary 6, 2014

This retreat is designed for folks who are looking for an authentic way of being that is connected to Life. Nonviolent Communication training and other content in this retreat will promote the understanding that nonviolence is not the absence nor the avoidance of conflict, but rather a creative struggle for peaceful living through our God-given humanity.

Persons engaged in diversity training, race relations, or conflict resolution of any kind may find this retreat to be of great interest. During the training there will be opportunities for reflection, individual and group sharing, and practice.

Co-Facilitators: Julie Ericksen, practioner of Empathic Coaching and Nonviolent Communication. Reverend Janie M. Walker, local pastor, spiritual director and healing prayer minister.

Registration:  Pre-registration is required. Retreat is limited to 25 participants.

Cost: $50 (includes lunch). A deposit of $25 is requested to hold your spot.
